Who we are

EnlightenWorks is a trading name of Enlighten Training & Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of delivering our services.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the business:

• Contact details you give us via the contact form, email, or when booking a call (name, email, organisation, message).
• Diagnostic tool inputs — the text you submit to the free thinking tool on the homepage. Submissions are processed statelessly and are not stored against your identity.
• Analytics data via Pirsch, a privacy-friendly analytics provider. Pirsch does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track individuals across sites.
• Booking data when you schedule a call via our Google Calendar link, handled under Google's own privacy terms.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation (lawful basis: legitimate interests; or steps prior to entering a contract).
• To deliver and administer services you or your organisation have engaged us for (lawful basis: contract).
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
• To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business — including our hosting and backend platform, email provider, calendar provider (Google), and the AI provider (Anthropic) that powers the diagnostic tool. Each operates under their own data-protection terms and processes data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonable to maintain a relationship with you, and client records for the period required by UK tax and contract law (typically six years). Diagnostic tool submissions are not retained against your identity.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Restrict or object to how we use it.
• Receive a portable copy.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
